What to Bring to Your Tax Appointment

The documents and information listed below will assist us in preparing your taxes accurately and timely fashion. If you’re not sure about a specific document please include the document to be safe. Depending on your specific tax situation, not all documents will be applicable, and other documents or information will be required to complete your return.

Personal and Family Information
We will need the name, address, social security number and date of birth for yourself, spouse and dependents. Please bring your valid identification and social security card(s) for everyone.

If you have dependent care please bring the name, address, tax ID and social security number of the sitter or facility.

If due a refund, and you wish to have it direct deposited to your bank account, we will need your bank account and routing number or a voided check.
